各位平安,在受難日(Good Friday),我們會一同默想耶穌在十字架上所說的七句話,稱為「十架七言」,這七句話分別記載於四本福音書中。在那漫長而痛苦的六個小時裡,從早上九點到下午三點,耶穌忍受極大苦楚。祂的話語雖然不多,但每一句都蘊含深刻的愛與救贖的信息。隨著我們一步步走向主的受難,讓我們用心來默想祂的十架七言,體會祂無盡的愛,並預備心迎接那榮耀的復活主日。
第一句:路加福音 23:34 —「愛的饒恕」「當下耶穌說:『父啊,赦免他們,因為他們所做的,他們不曉得。』」
這是耶穌在十字架上所說的第一句話。就在祂被釘上十字架,身體正經歷極度的痛苦、羞辱與折磨時,祂所說的竟然不是哀號,不是咒罵,也不是為自己辯白的話,而是一句深深震撼人心的代求:「父啊,赦免他們。」
如果是我們,在蒙受不白之冤時,第一個反應大概會是喊冤、憤怒、甚至起了報復的念頭,這是人的本能。但耶穌卻不是這樣。祂明明無罪,卻被當作罪犯處死;明明是公義的化身,卻遭受最不公義的審判與酷刑。然而,祂的回應,卻是為迫害祂的人禱告。
祂不是說:「父啊,給他們應得的懲罰。」祂說的是:「父啊,赦免他們,因為他們不知道自己在做什麼。」
這不是人所能說出的話。這是一位充滿神性、擁有完全愛與赦免的救主,才能說出來的話語。在這一刻,耶穌不僅彰顯了祂的憐憫,也彰顯了祂對父神心意的完全認識。祂知道,這些人之所以這樣行,不過是出於無知與愚昧;而祂的使命,就是為了拯救這些人而來。
這句話,是饒恕的極致,是愛的巔峰,是神性的完全展現。
第二句:路加福音 23:43 ——「因信得救」「耶穌對他說:『我實在告訴你,今日你要同我在樂園裡了。』」
這是耶穌在十字架上所說的第二句話,對象是一位即將死去的罪犯。一位,按照世人的眼光,毫無資格進入天國的人。但這位罪犯,卻在生命的最後關頭,抓住了救恩。
在十字架上與耶穌同釘的,還有兩個真正有罪的犯人。他們犯下重罪,被依法判處死刑。其中一人,仍在嘲諷:「你不是基督嗎?可以救自己和我們吧!」但另一位,卻在這個時刻清醒了過來。他責備前者說:「你既是一樣受刑的,還不怕神嗎?我們是應該的,因我們所受的與我們所做的相稱;但這個人沒有做過一件不好的事。」接著他轉向耶穌,說:「耶穌啊,你得國降臨的時候,求你記念我!」
這是一句極其簡單卻充滿信心的禱告。他沒有討價還價,沒有自我辯解,也沒有請求什麼榮耀的位分。他只是把心交出來,承認自己的罪,仰望那與他一同受難的主。
而耶穌的回應,也是一句最充滿恩典的宣告:「我實在告訴你,今日你要同我在樂園裡了。」
這不是一個未來式的安慰,而是即刻的應許。「今日」——這一刻,這個罪人已經得救了。不是靠他的行為,不是因為他做了什麼好事,而是因信得救。
這段經文常常讓我們心生疑問:「這麼壞的人,說一句話就可以得救,公平嗎?」但親愛的弟兄姊妹,如果我們靜下心來思考,其實我們每一個人,不都與那罪犯無異嗎?
「世人都犯了罪,虧缺了神的榮耀。」(羅馬書 3:23)我們並沒有比他更好,我們只是「比較早」接受了恩典而已。而這段經文正是給所有「已經錯過太多機會的人」一個最大的盼望:永遠不會太晚,只要你悔改回轉,耶穌的應許就屬於你。
這也提醒我們:我們是因信稱義,不是因行為得救。救恩不是靠雙手做出來的,而是靠信心領受的。這也是福音的核心——你做不到的,耶穌已經為你做到了。
第三句:約翰福音 19:26–27 — 「彼此相愛,成為一家」「耶穌見母親和祂所愛的那門徒站在旁邊,就對祂母親說:『母親,看,你的兒子!』又對那門徒說:『看,你的母親!』從此,那門徒就接她到自己家裡去了。」
這是耶穌在十字架上所說的第三句話。在那極度痛苦、幾乎無法呼吸的時刻,耶穌的眼神仍然柔和地望向站在腳下的母親瑪麗亞,以及祂所愛的門徒約翰。
祂沒有為自己求憐憫,也沒有控訴那些迫害祂的人,反而做了一件極為溫柔的事——安排祂母親的未來。祂把母親託付給祂最親近的門徒,對母親說:「看,你的兒子。」又對門徒說:「看,你的母親。」從那時起,這位門徒就把馬利亞當作自己的母親,接她到家中照顧。
這是一幕極其溫馨的畫面,發生在極其黑暗的時刻。在死亡臨近之際,耶穌的心中仍充滿對家庭的牽掛與愛。祂命令我們彼此相愛。
基督教會最有力量的事情,不是我們擁有真理,而是行出彼此相愛的行為。在歷史上,教會遭受到無數次的打擊,被各個統治的帝國逼迫,殘害,許多聖徒流血捨身。而就在這一切的迫害中,教會持續著彼此相愛的命令。每一次的迫害,都讓教會更加強大,正是因為彼此相愛這一個跨越一切的命令。
這句話,不只是為當時的瑪麗亞與約翰而說的。這是一個屬靈的象徵,象徵耶穌正在建立一個超越血緣、超越背景的新家庭。在耶穌裡,我們不再是孤單的個體,而是同蒙恩典的家人。
如同保羅在加拉太書所說:「從此不再分猶太人、希利尼人,自主的、為奴的,或男或女,因為你們在基督耶穌裡都成為一了。」(加拉太書 3:28)在耶穌的愛裡,我們不再分國界、不再分年齡、不再分階級,我們成為了神家中的弟兄姊妹。
所以今天,當你在教會裡看見坐在你旁邊的那位弟兄、那位姊妹——你要記得:他們不是陌生人,不是週日見面點頭的朋友,而是你在基督裡真正的家人。
耶穌在十字架上所成就的,不只是救恩的恩典,更是一個全新關係的開始。祂的寶血洗去我們與神之間的隔閡,也洗去了我們彼此之間的牆。祂呼召我們,不只是信主得永生,更是要活出彼此相愛的生命。
第四句:馬太福音 27:46 —「我的神,我的神,為什麼離棄我?」(與神分離)
「約在申初,耶穌大聲喊着說:『以利!以利!拉馬撒巴各大尼?』就是說:『我的神!我的神!為甚麼離棄我?』」(馬太福音 27:46)
這是耶穌在十字架上所說的第四句話,也是最令人心碎的一句。從祂口中喊出的,不是咒詛,也不是哀求,而是一個孤單的呼喊——「我的神,我的神,為什麼離棄我?」這句話,讓我們窺見耶穌在十字架上所承受的不只是肉體的痛苦,更是靈魂的極度撕裂。
耶穌這句話,其實正是出自《詩篇》第22篇的開頭:「我的神,我的神,為什麼離棄我?」這篇詩是大衛在極度痛苦中對神的禱告,同時也帶著強烈的彌賽亞預言色彩。詩中提到的細節,如「他們分我的外衣」、「為我的衣服拈鬮」,都精準地預表了耶穌在十字架上的遭遇。
這不是一個偶然的呼喊,而是一個早已寫進救恩藍圖的預表,是耶穌將自己完全進入人類最深層苦難的表達。
這句話也是神學上最深奧、也最令人難以理解的其中一個問題:耶穌怎麼會與父神分離?三位一體的神,怎能彼此分割?
我們無法完全理解這奧秘,但我們知道:在那一刻,耶穌成了罪。祂沒有犯罪,卻為我們成了罪的本身,正如哥林多後書5:21所說:「神使那無罪的,替我們成為罪,好叫我們在他裡面成為神的義。」
當耶穌承擔世人一切的罪時,祂與父神之間那原本完全無間、聖潔合一的關係,因罪而被斷裂。這是從創世以來,人第一次看到,聖子對聖父呼喊卻得不到回應。
這是最深的孤單——與神的分離。祂是無罪的。祂本可以呼喚天使軍團來救自己。祂可以選擇不承擔這個十字架,不要這樣的痛苦與隔離。
但祂為了愛,選擇承擔。
這正是十字架最深的奧秘與恩典。
第五句:約翰福音 19:28 —「我渴了」(道成肉身)
「這事以後,耶穌知道各樣的事已經成了,為要使經上的話應驗,就說:『我渴了。』」(約翰福音 19:28)
這是耶穌在十字架上的第五句話。一聲短短的「我渴了」,卻承載著深深的屬靈啟示。這句話不只是身體的需要,更是救恩計劃裡關鍵的拼圖,是道成肉身的痛苦寫照,也是詩篇預言的成全。
這句話直接對應到《詩篇》69:21 的預言:「他們拿苦膽給我當食物,我渴了,他們拿醋給我喝。」當耶穌說「我渴了」,士兵立刻拿醋(也譯作酸酒)給祂喝——這不是偶然,而是為了使經上的話完全應驗。耶穌的整個受難過程,從被出賣、被戲弄、被鞭打、到釘十字架,沒有一件事是偶然的。
祂深知每一個細節,並且一步一步走在父神所安排的道路上。
「我渴了」是一句極其人性的話語。這句話提醒我們:耶穌不只是神的兒子,祂也是真實的人子。祂並不是帶著某種超能力免疫於痛苦,而是親身經歷飢餓、疲倦、痛苦與乾渴。
在十字架上祂的血液流失、呼吸困難、肌肉痙攣、傷口乾裂……祂真的渴了。祂不只是為我們死,祂也完全進入我們人類所有的苦難裡面。
《約翰福音》第4章,耶穌在井邊對撒瑪利亞婦人說:
「人若喝我所賜的水,就永遠不渴。我所賜的水,要在他裡頭成為泉源,直湧到永生。」祂自己就是生命的活水。祂曾應許,來到祂面前的人永不再渴。然而,今天在十字架上,這位永不乾涸的活水泉源,自己卻說:我渴了。祂願意為了我們的乾渴,自己成為那一位被乾枯的,甘願被掏空、被倒盡,只為叫我們得著永遠的滋潤與生命的泉源。
祂的「渴」,使我們得活水;祂的「枯竭」,使我們得著豐盛。
第六句:約翰福音 19:30 —「成了!」(救恩完成)
「耶穌嘗了那醋,就說:『成了!』便低下頭,將靈魂交付神了。」(約翰福音 19:30)
這是耶穌在十字架上所說的第六句話,也是整個救恩歷史中最震撼人心的宣告之一 —— 他說的不是 “完了” – 到死地,人說的是 “完了”。代表結束了,我們無能為力了。耶穌說的是「成了!」希臘文是 「Tetelestai(τετέλεσται)」,意思是:「完全完成了」、「已經圓滿了」、「債務已償清」、「任務已完成」。勝利的宣告這不是痛苦的呻吟,而是得勝的宣告。在人的眼中,這是一位年僅33歲的拉比孤單地死在羅馬人的酷刑下;但在神的國度裡,這是上帝為人類設計的救恩工程完成的那一刻。
就像一位工匠雕刻完美之作,最後放下工具,對著作品說:「成了!」就像一位畫家最後一筆完成,退後一看說:「完成了!」耶穌這一句話,為歷史畫下了救恩的句點,為萬民打開了永恆的門。
祂說:「你的罪,我替你償了;你的債,我為你付清了;你該承擔的刑罰,我已經擔了。」
第七句:路加福音 23:46 (信仰交托)「耶穌大聲喊着說:『父啊!我將我的靈魂交在你手裏。』說了這話,氣就斷了。」
在這最後的時刻,耶穌主動地將祂的靈魂交託給父神。祂不是被奪走生命,祂不是被逼無奈,祂是親自選擇捨棄自己的生命。肉體的死亡,對耶穌來說並不是結束,而是祂使命完成的記號。
約翰福音 10:18「沒有人奪我的命去,是我自己捨的。我有權柄捨了,也有權柄取回來。這是我從我父所受的命令。」
自始至終,祂都是掌權的主。祂是生命的主,祂是復活的王。祂不是被世界的人 “打敗”,也不是倒在魔鬼的計謀之下,而是透過這一切的作為,祂在十字架上完成了那沒有人能完成的,終極的救贖工作。耶穌釋放我們脫離死亡的權勢,從此,我們不再在死亡之下,而是在祂的權柄之下。當我們信靠祂,受洗歸入祂的死,那我們也可以一同復活,讓我們一舉一動有新生的樣式,就跟祂一樣。
今日的屬靈反思
每一年的受難日,都是值得我們再次思考耶穌十架苦路上所經歷的一切。這一段痛苦,這一段絕望的路,都是為了愛而去進行的。當我們思考祂最後十架上所說的話語,我們能得安慰,我們紀念恩典。

In church tradition, this day holds profound significance. It commemorates the night Jesus shared the Last Supper with His twelve disciples, the evening before He was crucified. The next day is what we know as Good Friday—the day of our Lord's passion.
Many traditional churches hold a special foot-washing service tonight, based on the Gospel account of Jesus washing His disciples' feet during the Last Supper. Though He was Lord, He humbled Himself as a servant. This act wasn't just an expression of humility but a profound demonstration of servant leadership.
Today, pastors often wash the feet of congregants, elders, or deacons in remembrance of the Savior who gave Himself for us. This act is not merely ritual; it's a calling—a call for us to serve one another just as Christ served us.
Tomorrow, on Good Friday, we will meditate on Jesus' seven last words on the cross, known as the Seven Sayings from the Cross. These seven phrases are recorded across the four Gospels. During the long, agonizing six hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Jesus endured immense suffering. His words were few, but each carried profound messages of love and redemption. As we journey closer to the crucifixion, let us meditate deeply on these final sayings and prepare our hearts for the glory of Easter Sunday.
**First Saying: Luke 23:34 – "The Forgiveness of Love" "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."
This was the first sentence Jesus uttered from the cross. At the very moment He was nailed to it, enduring unspeakable physical and emotional torment, He didn’t cry out in pain, curse His executioners, or plead for justice. Instead, He interceded for His enemies: “Father, forgive them.”
If we were in His position, wrongly accused and brutally punished, our instinct would likely be to shout in anguish, seek justice, or harbor thoughts of vengeance. But not Jesus. Though innocent, He was treated like a criminal; though righteous, He suffered the most unjust punishment.
Yet His response was to pray for those who persecuted Him. He didn’t say, “Father, punish them.” He said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”
This isn’t something any human could say. This is a divine expression of love and mercy, an ultimate reflection of God's heart. Jesus understood the Father’s will and recognized the ignorance of the people. In His mission to save, He extended grace even to those who crucified Him.
This is forgiveness at its highest. This is divine love in its fullest. This is the heart of God revealed.
**Second Saying: Luke 23:43 – "Saved by Faith" "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in Paradise."
This second statement was spoken to a dying criminal—a man who, by society’s standards, had no right to enter heaven. Yet, in his final moments, he clung to hope.
There were two criminals crucified beside Jesus. One continued to mock Him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!” But the other one rebuked him, saying: “Don’t you fear God? We are punished justly, but this man has done nothing wrong.”
Then he turned to Jesus and simply said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”
It was a short, sincere prayer of repentance and faith. No bargaining. No excuses. No lofty demands. He acknowledged his sin and looked in faith to the crucified Savior beside him.
And Jesus' response was immediate and full of grace: “Today you will be with me in Paradise.”
Not in the future, not if he proved himself worthy, but that very day.
He was saved—not by works, not by achievements, but by faith.
This passage challenges our understanding of fairness: How can such a sinner enter heaven so easily? But the truth is, none of us is better. Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
This is the hope for every person who thinks they’ve missed too many chances: it’s never too late. If you turn to Christ in repentance, His promise of salvation is for you.
We are justified by faith, not by works. Salvation is not something we earn with our hands; it is a gift we receive with our hearts. This is the essence of the Gospel—what you couldn’t do, Jesus did for you.
**Third Saying: John 19:26–27 – "Love One Another, Become One Family" "Woman, here is your son... Here is your mother."
This third word was spoken to His mother Mary and His beloved disciple John. In the midst
of His agony, Jesus looked upon His grieving mother and tenderly entrusted her care to John.
He didn’t cry out for His own needs. Instead, He made sure His mother would be cared for.
This act shows His deep compassion and the significance He placed on family and community. It also symbolizes the birth of a new family—the spiritual family of believers.
In Christ, we are no longer strangers, but brothers and sisters, united by grace. As Paul wrote in Galatians 3:28: “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
When we look at one another in the church, let us remember: we are not just acquaintances. We are family, united by the blood of Christ.
Jesus didn’t just provide salvation; He created a new community.
**Fourth Saying: Matthew 27:46 – "My God, My God, Why Have You Forsaken Me?" (Separation from God)
This heart-wrenching cry is the most painful expression of spiritual suffering. Quoting Psalm 22, Jesus reveals the agony of bearing the full weight of the world’s sin.
He who knew no sin became sin for us (2 Corinthians 5:21). In that moment, the perfect communion between the Son and the Father was broken.
Why? Because our sins separated Him.
This is the deepest darkness—not just physical death, but spiritual separation from the Father. It’s a moment we cannot fully comprehend, but it underscores the great cost of our salvation.
**Fifth Saying: John 19:28 – "I Thirst" (Incarnation)
This phrase highlights Jesus' true humanity.
His thirst fulfilled Psalm 69:21: “They gave me vinegar for my thirst.”
It reminds us that Jesus was fully human. He experienced real suffering, pain, and thirst. Yet, He is also the Living Water, and He thirsted so we would never thirst again.
He emptied Himself so we could be filled.
**Sixth Saying: John 19:30 – "It Is Finished!" (Salvation Completed)
This is not a cry of defeat, but a declaration of victory.
"It is finished!" — Tetelestai in Greek — means paid in full, completed, accomplished.
Jesus completed the work of redemption. Like an artist finishing a masterpiece or a soldier completing the mission, He announced that everything was done.
Sin was paid for. Death was conquered. The door to eternal life was opened.
**Seventh Saying: Luke 23:46 – "Into Your Hands I Commit My Spirit" (Faithful Surrender)
In His final breath, Jesus surrendered His spirit to the Father. He laid down His life willingly, in obedience and trust.
John 10:18 says, "No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord."
Jesus is the Lord of life and resurrection. He wasn’t defeated. He was fulfilling the mission.
Through His death, He broke the power of death. And by rising again, He proved that death is not the end.
Spiritual Reflection
Every Good Friday, we are invited to walk again the road Jesus walked. His suffering and His seven last words are not just historical records—they are love letters written in blood.
Let us remember: our salvation is not cheap. It came at the highest cost.
And as we meditate on His final words, may we be comforted, challenged, and filled with hope.
