Luke 22 Part 2



各位弟兄姊妹平安,

今天我們繼續來讀《路加福音》第22章的下半段。


昨天我們分享到:一個準備要宣教的人,必須在心理上、經濟上,甚至行動上都要做好預備。而耶穌在最後的晚餐中,親自設立了聖餐禮,讓門徒有一個能夠長久紀念祂的儀式。這個儀式至今仍然在我們每一次聚會中被謹守,提醒我們主為我們捨命的愛。


那麼今天,我們來進入這一章的下半段,看見耶穌在晚餐之後、走向十字架的這段路上,所經歷的一切。


耶穌帶著門徒上了橄欖山去禱告。雖然《路加福音》這裡沒有說明哪些門徒同行,但根據《馬太福音》和《馬可福音》的記載,我們知道是彼得、雅各和約翰一同前往。


在這段記錄裡,我們看見耶穌人性的一面被深刻地展現出來。《路加福音》說:「祂的汗珠如同大血點滴在地上。」而《馬可福音》形容祂「驚恐起來,極其難過」,《馬太福音》則記載祂「憂愁起來,極其難過」。


弟兄姊妹,這是非常震撼的一幕。耶穌不是一位超脫的神祇,在這裡我們看到祂極其真實的人性——驚恐、憂愁、難過。祂不是無感地走上十字架,而是知道那是一條極其痛苦的道路。祂內心有掙扎,有害怕,甚至身體都因壓力而流下如同血滴的汗。


祂的禱告,也成為我們禱告生命中最重要的榜樣:

「父啊,你若願意,就把這杯撤去;然而不要成就我的意思,只要成就你的意思。」


這不是一個簡單的順服,而是一種在極大痛苦中、仍願意放下自己、完全交託的信心。

耶穌不是沒有祈求祂的痛苦被免去,祂也不是不知道祂將要面對什麼。但在祂與父神對話之後,當祂明白這就是天父的旨意時,祂就坦然無懼地站起來。祂在進入客西馬尼園時是憂愁的、驚恐的,但當祂從那裡離開時,祂的心已經堅定,預備好了要背起十字架。


這段經文給我們極大的安慰與提醒——


耶穌知道我們人性的軟弱,因為祂也曾經經歷恐懼、掙扎與難過。但祂也告訴我們:在禱告中,我們可以得著力量,在交託中,我們可以得著平安。


就在橄欖山的禱告之後,耶穌知道——出賣祂的人來了。那個人就是祂的門徒之一,猶大。讓人震撼的是,猶大竟然是用「親嘴」作為賣主的暗號。這是歷史上最諷刺的場景之一。在猶太文化裡,「親吻」是門徒對老師最大的尊敬與親近的表示;而在婚姻中更是象徵愛與忠誠。但猶大卻選擇了用這樣一個應該象徵敬重與親密的行為,作為他背叛耶穌、引導兵丁逮捕祂的記號。


親吻,變成了出賣。敬重,變成了利用。


接下來的這場逮捕,其實從頭到尾都是一場違法的操作,既違反猶太的律法,也違背公義與良知。


我們來看看有哪些地方違法:

  1. 黑夜裡逮人


    猶太律法不允許在夜間進行審訊或逮捕,但這些人選擇在深夜行動,說明這場逮捕根本不是正當程序,而是早已預謀的陰謀。



  2. 帶去大祭司家,而不是公會(Sanhedrin)


    他們不是把耶穌帶到猶太人最高法庭「公會」,而是私下先押到大祭司的家裡。這就像現代社會中,不是帶人去法院,而是押去某位官員的家中私刑——這完全不合程序。



  3. 審判前就施以暴力


    根據第63節的記載,他們尚未審判耶穌,卻已經對祂施暴,戲弄祂、打祂、羞辱祂。在任何一個講求公義的系統裡,這樣的行為都無法被接受。



  4. 正式審判也只是走過場


    到了天亮,他們才象徵性地帶耶穌到公會去,但並沒有給耶穌真正辯護的機會,也沒有安排控方與辯方的正式交叉質問,只是一昧地控告與定罪。


我們從《馬太福音》26章與《馬可福音》14章都能看見:他們找了許多假見證人,而這些人的證詞彼此矛盾、前後不一致。根本沒有一個能夠成立的指控。


耶穌在《約翰福音》18章23節這樣說:

「我若說得不是,你可以指正不是;我若說的是,你為什麼打我呢?」

祂這句話,不只是為自己辯護,更是揭露這些所謂的「審判」早已沒有公義與真理。


這讓我們想起一句話:「欲加之罪,何患無辭。」當一群人一心想要毀掉一個人時,程序、真相、公義,都已經不再重要。他們所追求的,不是審判正義,而是滿足自己的仇恨與私慾


弟兄姊妹,這一幕提醒我們:當人用律法作為攻擊人的武器,當宗教成為人手中操控的工具,那將是最危險的時候。這群自認為「最熟悉律法」的祭司與文士,最終卻選擇了違反律法,只為達到自己心中的仇恨與控制。他們不是不懂律法,而是早已不想守律法


願我們從這一段看見:耶穌不是被控告,而是被出賣。祂不是被審判,而是被陷害。


然而,祂卻仍然選擇沉默、順服,走上那條為你、為我背負罪惡的十字架之路。


親愛的弟兄姊妹,當我們一路細讀聖經,仔細研讀耶穌在苦路上所經歷的一切——從祂在加利利的家鄉,一路走向耶路撒冷,最後站上那場充滿黑暗與不義的審判——我們看見了一個極其真實又令人心痛的場景。


那就是:公義不斷被黑暗包圍。

那些本應守護真理的宗教領袖,卻成了踐踏真理的加害者;那些熟讀律法的人,卻選擇違反律法去陷害一位無辜者;而那些本該主持公道的審判者,卻選擇了沉默、忽視、與合謀。黑暗,似乎得勝了。


但親愛的弟兄姊妹,我們知道——光明不會輸。因為黑暗永遠無法勝過光明。 真理就是光,而光是不能被黑暗吞噬的。耶穌站在那群控告祂的人面前,沒有激動、沒有辯駁,也沒有恐懼。因為祂知道,真理不需要自我防禦。 真理不必證明自己,因為真理本就是。


耶穌選擇了沉默。不是祂沒有話說,而是祂知道—— 在這些人的心中,真理無處可住。 祂說再多也不會被聽見; 祂解釋再清楚,也只會被扭曲。祂不再多說,因為祂清楚知道,十字架的苦路,是祂必須親自走完的使命。這是一段極其痛苦、極其黑暗的路, 但也正是因為祂選擇了這條路, 我們才有今天得救的盼望。


今日的屬靈反思

這段經文在受難日的前夕閱讀,格外地有感觸,弟兄姊妹,當我們走在人生的低谷、被誤會、被誣陷、甚至站在不公平的處境中時,讓我們記住耶穌的榜樣:


你不必靠聲量去證明真理, 因為真理,終將自己說話。願我們學會安靜地堅守, 在黑暗中持守光明, 在紛亂中倚靠真理, 因為光必勝過黑暗,真理終會得勝。

Peace be with you, dear brothers and sisters.Today, we continue reading the second half of Luke chapter 22.


Yesterday, we shared about this: for someone preparing to be sent into mission, it’s crucial to be ready—mentally, financially, and in action. At the Last Supper, Jesus personally established the sacrament of Holy Communion, giving the disciples a sacred ritual to remember Him by. Even now, in every one of our gatherings, we observe this meal, which reminds us of our Lord’s love in laying down His life for us.


Today, let’s enter the second half of this chapter and witness everything Jesus went through after that final supper, as He walked the road toward the cross.


Jesus went with His disciples to the Mount of Olives to pray. Though Luke doesn’t specify who went with Him, from Matthew and Mark we know it was Peter, James, and John.

In this passage, Jesus’ humanity is on full display.Luke says: “His sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.”Mark describes Him as “deeply distressed and troubled.”Matthew records: “He began to be sorrowful and troubled.”


This is a powerful and moving moment.Jesus was not detached or unaffected—He was fully human.He was overwhelmed, sorrowful, and deeply distressed.He didn’t walk to the cross emotionless—He fully knew the pain that was coming, and He wrestled with fear and anguish so intense that His sweat became like blood.


And in this moment, He prayed—a prayer that has become one of the most profound examples of surrender:

“Father, if You are willing, take this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.”

This wasn’t a shallow or easy submission—it was a deep, painful yielding of His own will to the Father’s, even in the face of unimaginable suffering.Jesus didn’t pretend it was easy. He asked, genuinely, if the suffering could be taken away.But when the heavens remained silent, when He knew there was no other way, He stood up with quiet strength.


He had entered Gethsemane in agony—but He left it with resolve.This gives us immense comfort and strength—because Jesus understands the weakness of our humanity.He knows fear, sorrow, and struggle. But He also shows us: in prayer, there is power. In surrender, there is peace.


After that moment of prayer, Jesus knew—His betrayer had arrived.Judas, one of His own disciples, approached.And the sign of betrayal? A kiss.


In Jewish culture, a kiss on the cheek was a mark of honor and affection—a gesture of love and respect from a disciple to a rabbi, from a follower to a teacher.But Judas turned it into a symbol of betrayal—one of the most bitter ironies in human history.A kiss meant to express devotion, twisted into a signal to arrest.


And so the arrest of Jesus begins—a process filled with injustice, contradiction, and blatant disregard for truth.Let’s take a closer look at how this so-called “legal” process broke every law and principle of justice.


1. Arresting someone at night

According to Jewish law, no trials or arrests were to take place at night.Yet they came under the cover of darkness—this was no legitimate legal action. It was a pre-meditated conspiracy.


2. Taking Him to the high priest’s house, not to the Sanhedrin

Jesus wasn’t taken to the official court—the Sanhedrin—but instead was brought privately to the house of the high priest.It’s like dragging someone into a politician’s home instead of a courtroom—a complete violation of due process.


3. Violence before trial

In verse 63, it says Jesus was mocked and beaten before any verdict had been given.No court—no justice system—should ever allow that. It was brutal and unlawful.


4. A sham of a trial

By daybreak, Jesus was brought to the council. But even then, He wasn’t given a fair trial.There was no opportunity to cross-examine or defend. It was all accusation and condemnation.


Matthew 26 and Mark 14 both describe how false witnesses were brought forward—yet even their testimonies didn’t agree.The accusations were inconsistent and fabricated.As Jesus Himself said in John 18:23:


“If I said something wrong, testify as to what is wrong. But if I spoke the truth, why did you strike Me?”


This wasn’t justice. This was hatred in religious clothing.


We are reminded of an old saying: “If you want to condemn someone, you’ll always find a reason.”


When people are driven by hatred and personal agenda, truth, fairness, and justice are no longer relevant.All that remains is manipulation, deception, and violence.


Brothers and sisters, what does this teach us?

When people use law as a weapon, or religion as a tool of control, it becomes extremely dangerous.The ones who should’ve upheld the law—priests, scribes, experts in Scripture—were the very ones who violated it.Not because they didn’t know better, but because they no longer cared.


Jesus wasn’t tried—He was betrayed.He wasn’t judged—He was framed.And still, He chose silence.Not because He was powerless, but because He knew—the path of the cross was His mission.He didn’t argue, didn’t defend Himself—because truth doesn’t need defense.Truth just is.


And that, dear friends, is what gives us hope.


💭 Spiritual Reflection

Reading this passage on the eve of Good Friday hits deeply.


When you walk through seasons of misunderstanding, injustice, or false accusations—remember Jesus.You don’t have to shout to prove the truth.Because truth speaks for itself.

May we learn to stand firm in quiet confidence,Hold onto light when surrounded by darkness,And cling to truth when the world feels unstable.Because the light will always overcome the darkness.And truth will, in the end, triumph.
